Refund Policy

At GBP Scraper, we value our relationship with our customers and your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there might be circumstances that may lead you to discontinue our service. To ensure that our customers are confident with their purchase, we have the following refund policy in place:

1. Thirty-Day Refund Guarantee:

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your purchase if you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason. However, to maintain a fair environment for all customers, this refund policy is only valid if you have used less than 10% of your credits.

2. No Refund beyond the Limit:

Please note that if you have used more than 10% of your credits within the initial 30-day period, the refund policy becomes void and no refund request will be entertained, regardless of the remaining duration of the 30-day refund period. This is to prevent misuse of our services.

3. Refund Request Procedure:

To initiate a refund, you need to submit an email to support@gbpscraper.com, clearly stating your reason for refund, along with proof of purchase and your account details.

Once a refund request is received, our team will review the request and your account usage. If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined above, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

4. Non-refundable Circumstances:

Please note that GBP Scraper will not provide refunds for requests that are made after the initial 30-day period, on rebill/subsequent subscription payments or for accounts that have used more than 10% of their credits within the initial 30 days.

Unless canceled prior to the anniversary date, annual subscriptions will automatically renew. After the annual renewal, you will have a 14-day cooling-off period where you are entitled to a full refund. Between 14 and 30 days the refund reduces to 50%. After the 30-day cooling-off period you are no longer entitled to any refund.

The Customer agrees to contact our support desk (support@gbpscraper.com) prior to filing any payment dispute/chargeback with Banks/Payment Processors/Card Issuer. Failure to contact our support desk in an attempt to address the issue is a material breach of this agreement.

5. Policy Agreement:

By purchasing our product, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
